Sara graduated in 2003 from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy (now part of Cortiva Institute) with a diploma in Professional Massage Therapy. That year, she also earned an Advanced Pregnancy Certification studying with Carole Osborne, a recognized leader in the field.  She also holds a B.A. in English Literature from Kalamazoo College in Michigan.

Sara has been certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and is a Professional Member of the Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals (ABMP).  She continues to enhance her depth of knowledge by taking yearly continuing education.  Sara is committed to meeting the needs of her clients, and as a result, a high percentage of her business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Sara has experience providing massage therapy to people living with a variety of issues, including multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, cancer, arthritis, ALS, headaches, and recovering from injuries and surgery. Athletes have included many runners, cyclists, swimmers, and triathletes; she has also worked with soccer, football, baseball, and hockey players.  She especially enjoys her work with musicians.
